When Chris Harrison said that Hannah Brown had the most dramatic season of The Bachelorette in 15 seasons of the show, we probably should have believed him. Of course, Harrison says that practically every year, so nobody predicted just how dramatic Brown’s season would be. When Brown concluded her season just as single as she started it, fans were completely devastated for her. Now, some fans believe that Brown has announced that she will be reprising her role as The Bachelorette for season 16.

From the very beginning of her season of The Bachelorette, Brown was dealing with a fair amount of duplicity. During night one, the 24-year-old sent home one of her contestants who had a girlfriend back home. From there, Brown coped with gaslighting and slut-shaming, courtesy of Luke P. as well as heartbreak from her former fiance, Jed Wyatt, who also had a girlfriend back home the entire time.
The Bachelorette Season 15 was a rollercoaster
After such a rollercoaster season, many fans were adamant that Brown receive another shot at love and were convinced that she should return for a second season of The Bachelorette. Though Brown returning for another season is unlikely, it’s not impossible. After all, Ben Higgins was offered a second season of The Bachelor, but he turned it down in favor of another business venture. The next bachelorette likely won’t be announced for another six months, (after all, we’ve still got to get through this guy’s season of The Bachelor) so why are some fans convinced Brown just announced a return?

Taking to her Instagram page, Brown posted a picture of herself with Chris Harrison standing in front of the famous bachelor mansion. “We’re back! I’m looking for a win on reality tv.. maybe the third time’s a charm,” the former bachelorette captioned the photo cheekily. In truth, Brown was referring to her returning to reality TV for Dancing with the Stars, but many fans were pretty certain that Brown was announcing a second season of The Bachelorette.

“Wait so there’s another round of the bachelorette with Hannah!!?? Yasssss,” one Instagram user wrote excitedly. “If you’re the bachelorette again ask them to give you older guys. They provided you with a bunch of children last time. You were way too mature for all of them,” one fan wrote in support, even offering Brown a bit of advice for a second season should she get one. Others shared the sentiment that Brown be provided with better romantic options for a second season. “Yay, are u the bachelorette again??? Hope they audit guys pasts first to make sure they are actually single,” another fan chimed in.
Others made a case for why Brown deserved the second season they believed she was announcing. “Honestly, I never thought I’d say this but Hannah should get another season as Bachelorette. She was deceived big time by two men whom I fiercely believe were in it for fame! Hint – one plays guitar and the other is dating a “supermodel” and moved to NYC. How transparent can u get,” the fan questioned.

Of course, some of Brown’s followers seemed to understand pretty quickly that she was referring to Dancing with the Stars rather than a subsequent season of The Bachelorette. “This is so misleading for a second I thought you were going to have another season. I got so excited,” one disappointed fan commented.
Others were hopeful that Brown would find love on Dancing with the Stars. “Wouldn’t it be amazing if Hannah finds love on DWTS? First season I’ll be watching because you’re my fave if you don’t find love on DWTS, PLEASE can we have a petition to make Hannah B. Bachelorette again,” one fan begged. Only time will tell if Brown will secure another season of The Bachelorette. Until then, we’ve got a Bachelor in Paradise finale to watch.
