TALLIA Storm worked up a sweat as she pumped iron in a series of 'unreal' gym snaps.

The fitness-daft singer shared her gruelling workout routine with her loyal army of Instagram followers.

Bubbly radio host Tallia donned figure-hugging gym wear and pulled her blonde locks back into a ponytail.

And proved she was up to the challenge in a series of exercises including the rowing machine and SkiErg.

It comes as the Scots singer revealed she is completing a 30-day gym fitness challenge.

She said: "Happy, consistent, hardest working Tal 2023. Fitness Frontier 30-day slay we go again.

"It's you VS you, stop comparing yourself to anybody else's journey and go be the version of YOU, you were born to be."

She joked: "I didn't even have to cut out alcohol."

Friends and fans of the reality star today flocked to social media with an outpouring of positive comments.

Including her mum and Real Housewives of Jersey star Tessa Hartmann, who wrote: "I’m exhausted just watching you."
