Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) is feeling the empty nest syndrome in Coronation Street as Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney) decides it’s time to move out.
Amy had already moved out of No.1 a few months ago, when she began her relationship with Jacob (Jack James Ryan).
However, their new home turned out to be a grotty bedsit that came with many, many maintenance issues.
Back at No.1, Amy and Jacob are annoyed this week as Daniel (Rob Mallard) and Daisy (Charlotte Jordan) have also moved in and taken over Amy’s old room.
With the couple on a blow-up bed, Amy decides to tell Jacob they should look for somewhere else to live.
As Amy and Jacob break the news, Tracy does her best to make them stay but it’s clear they have both made up their minds.
Elsewhere, as Todd (Gareth Pierce) pays a visit to the flat, he discovers Summer (Harriet Bibby) packing her things and moving out as well.
On the cobbles, Amy, Jacob, Aaron (James Craven) and Summer all move their belongings into the builder’s yard flat.
But is this a good idea?
Two young couples under one small roof…smooth sailing, right?
