COMEDIAN Pete Davidson broke Covid quarantine rules to visit girlfriend Phoebe Dyvenor in the UK, according to a new report.

The 27-year-old SNL star and the Bridgerton actress, 26, confirmed their romance on Sunday when they were pictured heading into a supermarket in Stoke-on-Trent on Sunday following weeks of speculation.

Despite confirming their romance with the outing, attention's have now turned to the American comic's self-isolation – or lack there of it.

MailOnline have reported that Pete only flew into London's Heathrow Airport on Thursday evening before jetting back to New York yesterday.

Currently, travellers arriving to the UK from the US are required to quarantine at home for 10 days.

However, passengers can be released after five clear days, not including the day they arrived, provided they present a negative PCR test.

In accordance to the current laws, the TV star's quarantine would have begun on Friday and wouldn't have been able to take a test until Tuesday – having to remain in quarantine until he received a negative result.

However, the publication reported that a photographer who spotted Pete arriving at Heathrow on Thursday said he "went out of his way to try and avoid being photographed".

The Sun have contacted Pete Davidson's rep for comment.

In light of the reports, Pete was pictured strolling through New York's JFK airport yesterday ahead of this weekend's SNL.

Earlier this week, Pete and Phoebe were seen with their arms wrapped around one another in a cosy public display of affection.

As they strolled through a local park, Phoebe – whose mum is Coronation Street actress Sally Dynevor – was seen laughing alongside Pete.

The Netflix star is currently based in Stoke-On-Trent to film her new movie The Colour Room, with Pete jetting into the UK last week to see her.

Last month, The King of Staten Island actor, who was previously engaged to popstar Ariana Grande, was spotted in Phoebe's native Manchester.

They have also been seen wearing necklaces with their shared initials on it, with a source telling The Sun at the time: "Pete is wearing it as a romantic gesture to Phoebe.

"He wanted to show just how much she means to him and just how serious he is about them.

"She's in London and he's in America. So they wanted to feel like they're together when they're not.

"Any time they're feeling a bit lonely and missing each other they look down at the PD!"

And People have reported that Pete's told friends he's "serious" about the British star, who shot to fame in Netflix hit Bridgerton last year.

Earlier this month, Pete hinted at his and Phoebe's relationship when he told fans that he was dating his "celebrity crush".
