PETER Crouch's wife Abbey Clancy has given birth to a baby boy and the footballer has joked he's named after Liverpool ace Divock Origi.

The former England striker, 38, shared a picture of the newborn on Twitter and wrote: "Our beautiful baby boy was born Monday 3rd June mother and baby Divock Samrat Crouch are doing well."

Joker Peter quickly followed up his baby post by clarifying: "Our boy is beautiful the name is still to be clarified unfortunately Abs not going for Divock Samrat."

Belgian striker Origi was Liverpool's Champions League hero scoring two superb goals in the semi-final against Barcelona before netting the goal that sealed the club's sixth European crown against Tottenham on Saturday night.

Abbey is a proud Scouser while Peter played 85 times for the reds between 2005 and 2008.

The popular couple were inundated with well wishes from their followers.

Model Abbey revealed she was pregnant with the couple's fourth child in January.

The 33-year-old shared the happy news from Dubai, where she was enjoying a New Year break, posting: "When a hatrick just wont do !!! #babynumber4."

Former Strictly winner Abbey already has three children – daughters Sophia, eight, and Liberty, four, and Johnny, one – with football legend Peter.

Peter posted the news soon after Abbey, tweeting: "Baby no 4 on the way ❤️❤️❤️❤️" – with an avalanche of congratulations from their celebrity pals not far behind.
Lisa Snowdon wrote: "B****y hell!! AMAZING NEWS!! Congratulations darling. ??❤️."

She had previously insisted that her third child would be her last.

Shortly before Johnny was born, the Britain's Next Top Model star explained: "I think this will be the last baby I have, so I just want to embrace it."

However, the star appears to have had a dramatic change of heart.

Abbey and Peter had first son Johnny on January 3 last year, with her posting a picture of the footballer, still in his Stoke City kit, cradling the newborn child.

The pair married at Stapleford Park Hotel in Leicestershire in 2011, three months after first daughter Sophia was born.

Their second daughter Liberty Rose joined the family in the summer of 2015.

Abbey admitted she had to convince Peter to even have a third child.

She said: "The second one doesn’t sleep at all – she’s up every hour so Pete’s like: ‘No more babies just yet.'"

Peter has had to endure regular cracks about dating such a glamorous girlfriend, even getting rinsed by no lesser figure than Prince Harry.

The former England star told in September how the Duke of Sussex asked him in astonishment: "Crouchy how did you bag Abbey?"
