THE upcoming documentary on Stuart Lubbock’s death at Michael Barrymore's home looks set to be a bombshell show.

Unexplained, set to air this spring on Channel 4, will include previously unseen footage and photographs from the Essex bungalow where the butcher died in 2001.

Viewers will also hear the 999 call made after Stuart drowned in the pool after consuming alcohol and drugs as part of a group of male revellers at Michael’s pad.

In the documentary a man will be heard telling the emergency services what’s happened.

He says: “There’s a party going on and someone has just gone out there and found him.

"I tell you what mate, first time I’ve been out in four f**king years, I have my kids every weekend.”

The documentary could have proved embarrassing for Michael as it was likely to air when he was competing on ITV’s Dancing on Ice.

But last month the Strike it Lucky star, whose career as one of Britain’s biggest entertainers was wrecked by the death, suddenly withdrew from the show with a broken wrist.

It might have been a blessing in disguise.

Must watch

WHAT? White House Farm, ITV, 9pm.

WHY? In episode two of the true-crime drama, rough-and-ready copper Stan Jones (Mark Addy) starts to close in on killer Jeremy Bamber, who has everyone fooled.

Who dares looms

DURING their heated debates on Good Morning Britain, Piers Morgan often tries in vain to make his 5ft 4in co-host Susanna Reid feel small.

But the feat was only achieved when 7ft drag queen Cybil War – better known as SAS: Who Dares Wins contestant Mark Whistler – appeared on the show.

The Channel 4 endurance test returned this month with tough trainers Ant Middleton and Jason Fox shouting the odds.

But I reckon they’ve met their match with Mark, who’s still a lofty 6ft 5in in his bare feet.

Wind some, lose some

THE writers of Channel 4 royal comedy The Windsors are taking Megxit badly.

Show co-creator Bert Tyler-Moore said: “Like the Queen, we feel deeply hurt by Megxit, although we admire Harry and Meghan's efforts to hang on to Frogmore Cottage while not doing any work.

“If we were going to leave the Royal Family, that’s how we’d do it too.

“Having said all that, a couple of our storylines predicted it. In the first episode, they’re feuding with Wills and Kate and about to break up the Fab Four.

“In later episodes, Meghan wants to move to America, and Harry and Meghan go to the States with their surprising new nanny. So maybe we have a crystal ball.

"Or could it be the real Harry and Meghan [played by Richard Goulding and Kathryn Drysdale in the show] are as silly as our ones?”

NETFLIX is renewing psychological thriller You for a third season.

The opening series, with Penn Badgley playing a man who stops at nothing to seduce his love interests, was watched by 40million people in its first month.

Five go dating

FIVE Guys A Week might be Channel 4’s most outrageous dating show yet.

One lucky lady will see five fellas move into her house, kicking one out each morning until just her favourite is left.

In a sneak preview of the show, the “picker” got some help from her mum in grilling the candidates.

She asks: “Are you any good in bed?” then lets them know expectations are high in the family by telling them: “My husband used to like spanking me.”

Too much information.

Lucs good for Picard 2

THE first series of Star Trek: Picard has yet to air, but Amazon has already ordered season two.

The new show, available from January 24, sees Sir Patrick Stewart reprise his role as Captain Jean-Luc Picard.

The space veteran is trying to enjoy retirement in France, but finds his colourful past comes back to haunt him.

Star Trek: Picard is an impressive achievement considering it’s 33 years since Sir Patrick first shot to global fame as the Starfleet commander on Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Now that’s boldly going where no one has gone before . . .
