LOVE Island's Charlie Brake's impressive body transformation has been revealed on Instagram.

The 25-year-old heir shot to fame on the 2018 series of the ITV2 dating show, where he briefly dated Ellie Brown.

And online fitness coach Frankie Foster has now shared a jaw-dropping before and after post detailing how the hunk overhauled his body in just four weeks.

With both photos mirror selfies, the first snap shows Charlie looking fed-up as he shows off his stomach and several tattoos.

The second image sees the star posing as he pulls off his T-Shirt – unveiling his toned torso and muscular arms.

Proud Frankie captioned the post: "4 WEEKS!! Proud of this sexy f*cker @CharlieBrake1 , what a transformation."

Explaining what Charlie had done to shed the pounds, the coach explained that they focused on what Charlie was eating and drinking.

He added: "Being the international jet setter he is it was never going to be a case of eating the same foods day in day out⁣⁣.

"To build some muscle and compliment his diet we put a programme together for him before he went to Thailand and got stuck into some Muay Thai training⁣ .

"Charlie has always been in and out of the gym, off and on various diets, but never had a coach to hold him accountable⁣⁣

"Doing something When you feel like it is easy,⁣⁣ doing it day in day out is much harder but that’s where the results come."

Charlie previously shocked fans when he bragged about how rich his relatives are on Instagram – just months after he found fame on Love Island.

The family are multi-millionaires, with his grandfather the founder of food distribution company Brakes.

Their fortune grew when they sold the firm in 2002 for a whopping £434 million, with three of the founding brothers each pocketing over £80 million each.

In an Instagram Q&A last February, Charlie shared a picture of his dad posing with thousands of pounds worth of notes stuffed into a cardboard box.

One cheeky fan had asked: "Can I have £100 please?", with Charlie sharing the photo as he replied: "Ask my dad…"

The reality star often shows off his plush lifestyle with numerous envy-inducing snaps on Instagram, from posing with his top-of-the-range sports cars, to his luxurious private yacht and skiing holidays.
