The day before, Jamie said he was "stuck in London like everyone else" as the city and parts of Essex entered Tier 4 lockdown.
The rules, which came into effect on December, 20, banned household mixing and travel outside of the area.
However, Jamie shared a video of himself mixing a cocktail in a kitchen with wooden beams on Christmas Day.
His sister then posted a snap of her looking over the farm with the beams and lights seen in the photo – with the Mail Online reporting that they match.
The Sun has contacted Jamie's reps for comment.
The paper says he returned to London on Sunday, December 27, where he shared a clip of himself with girlfriend Sophie Habboo.
The alleged rule break came just days after the Strictly star said he would no longer be going to his family's Cotswolds estate for Christmas.
Speaking on BBC Breakfast, he said: "I'm stuck like everyone else. I was planning on going to my mum's and I was gonna spend Christmas with the family, but I don't think that's going to happen now, unfortunately.
"But it's happening for a lot of people. It's just one of those years. We've been topped off with this Tier 4 situation and we have to just kind of go with it, I suppose.
"It's really upsetting. Everyone wans to see their families. It's Christmas time. It's a time to be together.
"I'm here in the flat in London and that's what it looks like it's going to be like at the moment."
Jamie – who lives in Chelsea with his girlfriend Sophie – was riding high from coming a runner-up in Strictly during the final on December 19.
