Homes Under the Hammer was taken off air at the last minute and fans of the BBC property show weren’t happy. Viewers who tuned in at the usual time slot of 10.45am were disappointed to find the show had been cancelled and replaced with a special breaking news bulletin concerning Prince Charles and coronavirus.

It was announced on Wednesday morning Prince Charles had tested positive for coronavirus and is self-isolating with the Duchess of Cornwall in Balmoral.

Camila has also been tested and it was confirmed she is currently not suffering with the illness or any symptoms.

BBC decided to air this news in a special breaking bulletin that conceded with Homes Under the Hammer.

Fans of the show who tuned in at this time patiently waited for their favourite show to air following the bulletin but were left disappointed when it was cancelled entirely.
