Good Morning Britain fans joked Conservative MP Tom Pursglove "deliberately unplugged his WiFi" after his interview with Adil Ray turned sour.

The MP who operates under the Secretary of State for Justice and Tackling Illegal Migration in the UK, appeared on Friday's ITV show, (April 15).

On Thursday, the government announced a multimillion pound plan to send asylum seekers who cross the channel in small boats to Rwanda for processing.

The plans which were uncovered earlier this week, angered GMB host Adil Ray and he was already champing at the bit when it came to Tom Pursglove's team.

Adil argued that the government had invested millions in this incentive but were unable to support people who were needing to choose between "heating or eating" as energy bill increases hit an all time high.

The host demanded to know where the funds were coming from and why nothing more could be done to help those who need support right now in the UK with heating their homes instead.

As the MP attempted to speak his connection seemed to become faint until eventually ITV viewers were unable to hear him.

Failing to get any real answers, Adil fumed at Mr Pursglove wanting to understand if he himself would "live in Rwanda".

Mr Pursglove seemed to insist that he would take up the opportunity if given the chance – which really rattled Adil's cage.

"Where would you live in Rwanda, have you got a place in mind?" he argued.

At which point the Tory MP's internet suffered difficulties yet again, this time causing the connection to disappear altogether,

Fans watching in the wings accused the MP of "disconnecting" on purpose after Adil had "destroyed" him in the furious row live on TV.

One online user asked: "Did he deliberately mess on with the connection? #gmb."

Another comment read: "#GMB adil Ray Brilliant on the #RwandaConcentrationCamp scandal #gmb #BBCBreakfast #SkyNews"

A third remarked: "@adilray takes Tory Boy Pursglove to the cleaners. Line drops conveniently"

"That disconnection was deliberate!!!!!! #gmb #destroyedhim," added a fourth

While others said: "Daily reminder that @adilray is fantastic at holding MPs etc to account on #GMB. #Rwanda #goodmorningbritain," and "He’s flustered and unplugging his wifi, brilliant from Adil… #GMB."
