Emmerdale 's Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) has been worrying her friends and family as she has been growing closer to the shady newcomer Danny (Louis Healy).
The Emmerdale cast member has started taking drugs after being manipulated by her new love interest, putting herself in serious danger as she has recently had a heart transplant.
Her friend Noah Taylor was horrified as he watched her take the drugs, but has kept quiet about her illicit activities.
Whilst he has told her that she is making a mistake, she urged him to stay out of it, but it looks like the danger is only just beginning for her.
In forthcoming scenes, Sarah goes to meet Danny and takes Noah with her, and Danny tries to get her to take more pills again.

Is Noah going to intervene this time, and is he putting himself in serious danger?
The soap has seen some of Danny's friends introduced, hinting that Danny could be older than he seems and part of a dangerous gang.
Fans are also sure that he is older than he says he is, and is grooming Sarah into looking after drugs from him and becoming a drug mule.
Ellis Chapman (Asan N'Jie) was previously stabbed earlier in the year by a gang, and the soap is known for trying to represent real life issues.

Could Noah be about to get stabbed or attacked as he tries to defend Sarah?
Fans are sure that Danny is bad news for Sarah, as they are worrying that she could cause her heart to fail by taking mystery pills.
After watching Sarah take the pill in previous scenes, they rushed to social media to slam her for her deadly actions.
One fan wrote: "You want to die don't you Sarah? Idiot."
Another added: "Sarah is going to cause her heart to fail with those pills."
