Coronation Street actress Ellie Leach left her fans speechless as she was seen deadlifting 100kg weights on Instagram.
The 21-year-old actress – who plays Faye Windass on the soap – looked worlds apart from her hit ITV character as she was seen in gym attire lifting very heavy weights.
Ellie appeared in the footage dressed in a matching black tank top and a pair of leggings as she successfully took on a barbell weighing 60kg before moving on to the 100kg weight.
In another clip, the actress could be seen tackling the overhead press as she carried out a series of squats while raising weights above her head.
Despite the strenuous heavy lifting, Ellie flashed a smile at the camera as soon as she was done.
“Perfect, beating last week already,” Ellie’s trainer could be heard saying in the video's background as he added: “Every time getting stronger.”
The series of posts comes weeks after she celebrated her 21st birthday at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium surrounded by her co-stars, which included former castmate Lucy Fallon and Colson Smith.
Ellie looked incredible at her party as she was pictured beside a wall of white and gold balloons wearing a sequinned strapless mini dress with a side train and silver strappy heels.

Waitress Faye was first introduced as a potential adoptive child for Anna and Eddie Windass back in January 2011.
The character has been part of some big storylines in the past, including falling pregnant at the age of 12 and keeping it a secret from her family.
Ellie is the cousin of fellow Corrie star Brooke Vincent, who plays Sophie Webster.
The actress also recently celebrated renewing her contract with the soap as a source told The Sun: “Ellie is a huge talent and bosses are delighted she’s signed a new contract.
“She’s really proved herself time and time again, most recently after the accident which caused Ted’s death.
