CHRIS Evans' friend Mark Ruffalo trolled him just a few hours after he accidentally posted a "d**k pic" on Instagram for all to see.

Mark, 52, took to Twitter to roast his Avengers co-star following the awkward gaffe as he also mentioned the President.

He wrote: "Bro, while Trump is in office there is NOTHING you could possibly do to embarrass yourself. See… silver lining."

People were loving the tweet as they took to the comments section to respond, with one person writing, "Oh he has nothing to be embarrassed about."

While another joked: "Kinda makes you wonder what Mark is packing if he thinks that was embarrassing."

The chaos all kicked off after Chris, who played Captain America alongside Mark's Hulk character in all the successful Marvel movies, accidentally shared a photo of a penis on Instagram before quickly deleting the NSFW snap.

The A-lister quickly deleted the screen recording of his family playing the game Heads Up, which then cut to a photo of his camera roll at the end which included a pic of his member, allegedly.

However, that was not the only photo that fans noticed as within the roll was another pic that featured Chris' face with the text, guard that p**sy."

The Knives Out star, 39, has not addressed the topic publicly, but may have to now that his pals are poking fun at him while it continues to trend on Twitter.

Mark wasn't the only one making light of the situation as many fans have shared their own jokes and memes since the now infamous pic was shared

One fan even threw a reference to a scene in Chris' 2001 comedy Not Another Teen Movie which shows him naked with only whipped cream covering his privates.
