CELEBRITY chef Lisa Faulkner has teamed up with Volvic Touch of Fruit to unveil the top ten UK picnic destinations this summer.
She has created some delicious recipes to make the perfect outdoor feast, including some delicious fruity mocktails for the kids to go with them.
Lisa said: “As someone who loves eating al fresco, I was so excited to work with Volvic Touch of Fruit to launch the ‘Beyond Your Expectations’ picnic guide.
"As a nation, we love a picnic, but it’s all too easy to fall into the habit of going to the same spot and serving the same old sandwiches, when, all it really takes are a few simple tweaks to serve up a showstopping spread.
"For each of my recipes, I’ve taken inspiration from my top picnic picks, giving them a little twist to make them that little bit more special.”
