CARMEN Electra proved she was ageless as she posed in an animal-print swimsuit.

The 49-year-old showed off her curves as she declared: "If I’d observed all the rules I’d never have got anywhere".

The former Baywatch star puckered up for the camera, as she took the snap kneeling on a bright orange stool.

Her brightly-coloured outfit was completed with a pair of baby pink rimmed sunglasses, with her blonde locks flipped to one side.

And her 1.3 million followers rushed to tell the model how great she looked.

One said: "Looking as gorgeous as when you were 25!!!!!??????"

Another added: "Wooooow is that you?

"Time has stopped for you Carmen and I still love you ?"

"You define all the rules beautiful," commented a third.

Coupled with several Playboy magazine appearances, Carmen is best known for playing Lani McKenzie in the 90s lifeguard TV series Baywatch.

Off-screen her short-lived romance with basketball player Dennis Rodman also made headlines.

The Scary Movie actress and Dennis, 59, were married for a total of nine days.

They tied the knot in Sin City in 1998, but later filed for an annulment, with Dennis' publicist suggesting in a statement they may have been "deeply intoxicated."

Speaking about her relationship with the eccentric star, Carmen told the Los Angeles Times: "I have no regrets at all.

"I saw all these different sides of Dennis. He would always say, ‘No one understands me. No one gets me.’ He was very emotional at times.

"Then there was the sweet romantic side and the fun, eccentric guy who loved to go out and drink and wear feathered boas.

"But on the court, he was a savage."
