Serena posted the wedding clip with the caption, “JUST MARRIED !! We are still having a wedding this September but who doesn’t want to get married twice!” And just in case you wanna see the whole vid, the newlyweds provided us with that ~content~ too:

Serena and Joe actually got engaged during the summer of 2021 in sunny Mexico, and though they’d only known each other for a few weeks, they were nothing but confident in their Bachelor in Paradise finale decision.

“I think we did always know we were gonna get here. I think the most crucial time is right after the show—at least for us. Going into it, we were like, ‘This is kind of the first test,’” Serena confessed to Us Weekly this past September. “We know we love each other; we see a future together. But right after the show, spending that time in the outside world, like, is there that compatibility? Could we live together and not wanna kill each other? After that initial transition went so smoothly, there was really nothing but confidence in the future of our relationship and we always knew we were gonna end up getting married.” S’cute!

A refresher: Joe was first introduced to Bachelor Nation during Becca Kufrin’s Bachelorette season in 2018. And though he was eliminated on the very first night of filming, fans loved him so much that he went on to become a Bachelor fixture and contestant on seasons 5 and 7 of Bachelor in Paradise. As for Serena? She made her debut on Matt James’s season of The Bachelor, which filmed at the end of 2020, and she made it pretty far! Like, the dancer wound up getting all the way to hometown dates before being eliminated.

These two are truly the epitome of never giving up on love, and I, for one, am here for it!
