ASHLEY Cain's family have rallied around to help him and girlfriend Safiyya make baby Azaylia's grave "beautiful".

The 30-year-old star filmed his devoted loved ones hard at work after he laid his eight-month-old daughter to rest last week.

On the heartbroken father's Instagram Story, a group can be seen at the little fighter's graveside, with Ashley captioning the post: "Beautiful that the family came tonight and helped tidy Azaylia's plot."

Safiyya also shared the moment to her own social media page, first of all filming Azaylia's grave when they arrived.

The plot had been covered with flowers, balloons, and teddy bears from well-wishers, with Azaylia's funeral wreaths also still displayed.

Safiyya told fans: "There's not a day where I don't come and see my baby, come and speak to her. I love you, baby."

She then filmed the relatives gathered around with shovels, writing: "Making Azaylia's resting spot all beautiful."

In a final post, Azaylia's plot has been transformed, with a wooden cross stood beside a white lantern.

Pretty rainbows also decorate the fenced-off area, with the deflated balloons taken away and flowers neatly organised.

Ashley and Safiyya have placed stuffed animals from Azaylia's favourite film The Lion King either side of the cross, and orange bows have been tied to the fencing.

Safiyya wrote: "My baby, I love you", also adding an orange heart emoji as she penned: "Family".

The devastated couple have been showered with love and support throughout Azaylia's leukaemia battle and passing, with Ashley's sisters and cousins even getting a tattoo tribute to his little girl earlier this month.

Safiyya was also previously joined by Azaylia's aunties as she visited her grave earlier this week, where she was tenderly kissed on the cheek while grieving her daughter.

Earlier today, Ashley bravely shared his emotional eulogy to Azaylia, which he delivered at her funeral last week.

The star broke down in tears as he paid tribute, ending the speech by singing her favourite Disney song from The Jungle Book.

He and Safiyya were sure to give Azaylia the send-off she deserved, and were moved as locals lined the streets to pay their respects as the horse-drawn carriage carrying her coffin passed.

At the beginning of April, heartbroken Ashley and Safiyya revealed that doctors had told them they could no longer treat Azaylia's leukaemia, which she was diagnosed with at just eight weeks old.

The family had just raised over £1million for her to get specialist treatment in Singapore when they were delivered the heartbreaking news, with medics finding tumours throughout her body – including on her brain.

In the weeks that followed, Azaylia needed several blood transfusions as she started to cry blood, and suffer nosebleeds – with purple bruises also appearing on her body as her illness meant that her blood could not clot.

She stopped breathing several times and began to suffer seizures in her final days, with Safiyya and Ashley providing their daughter round-the-clock care alongside their close family members.

Azaylia passed away at home on 24 April, with Ashley and Safiyya both paying emotional tribute as they broke the news on social media the following day.
