DANIEL BRYAN won the hearts of the WWE Universe with his bravery to battle The Authority – but his ballsy approach left him a little red-faced at Elimination Chamber.

The five-time former world champion suffered an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction in front of thousands watching last night’s pay-per-view extravaganza.

Bryan took on Drew Gulak in a brilliant encounter at Philadelphia’s Wells Fargo Center.

The pair took each other to the limit, however, the Leader of the Yes Movement showed off a lot more than just his wrestling abilities.

And it was just one unfortunate occasion either.

It seemed Gulak was pulling on Bryan’s trunks a little too tight, causing them to ride up a little higher than usual, with eagle-eyed viewers spotting a glimpse of the icon’s testicles while a number of moves were being performed.

And perhaps the most embarrassing mishap of all occurred when Bryan was suplexed from the top rope with one of his fellas hanging out as he was flung upside down through the air.

Despite the unfortunate incident, Bryan went on to claim the win and even took a cheeky dig at rival promotion AEW afterwards.

He told WWE.com: “This is what I love about professional wrestling.

“I don't ever want to just go through the motions: I want to fight with my heart, I want to fight with blood and guts. That's what I wanna fight with!”

The “blood and guts” reference was a term used by WWE owner Vince McMahon to disparage AEW after their Double or Nothing PPV clash between Cody and Dustin Rhodes that ended with both brothers cut open and bleeding heavily.

Bryan’s accident is not the first time a WWE superstar has suffered a wardrobe malfunction live on the TV.

Sasha Banks’ backside was exposed during a tag-match that pitted her and Bayley against Ronda Rousey and Natalya in January 2019.

Just a few days later Becky Lynch caused a network blackout after the nip slip at the Royal Rumble.
