FURIOUS UFC fans blasted Conor McGregor's stunning knockout win over Donald Cerrone as a FIX following his brutal 40-second win.

And even fellow MMA star Nate Diaz described the bout as "fake" following a sensational showing of power by the Irishman.

The 31-year-old returned to the Octagon at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, his first time back since the infamous Khabib fight in 2018.

But his comeback was over in a flash, as he elbowed, shouldered, kicked and savagely punched his way to a shocking victory.

And live TV viewers slammed the UFC 246 main event as a fix, and demanded their money back.

Diaz raged: "This s***s all fake. Weak as f***."

One fan replied: "There was defo something up with that. Surely a fix?"

Another added: "What a joke of a fight, that was terrible. Fix."

McGregor became the first UFC fighter to knockout an opponent out in three different weight divisions with the victory.

He said after the fight: "Etch my name in history.

"I like this weight division. I am unscathed and in shape but I still don't think I am back where I was.

"I am going to party and spend time with my family but then I will be back in the gym and ANYONE can get it next."
