Here he runs through every race in the country with a selection in each. Good luck!

DAME DU SOIR (3.20 Kempton, nap)

You wouldn’t normally put your faith in a horse that fell last time but she was cruising to victory before a clumsy tumber at Ludlow last time out.

She’s had a nice break since then and had already looked really promising when winning at Hereford and going close at Sedgefield.

She was useful over timber too and is sure to have been well schooled ahead of this comeback.

O’HANRAHAN BRIDGE (2.56 Carlisle, nb)

Donald McCain’s eight-year-old keeps hitting the post but he runs well each time including when second here last time.

That was his first run for eight months so he’s entitled to improve for it.

Another plus is this longer distance as he was staying on strongly over half a mile shorter last time out.

KILCONNY BRIDGE (2.40 Chepstow, treble)

The form figures of this six-year-old speak for themselves with four wins and a second from her five career outings.

She had a good deal in hand when winning at Ludlow last time so a 5lb rise in the weights won’t be an issue.

Trainer Anthony Honeyball is in good form and he can send out another winner.

CHEPSTOW

12.30   Smurphy Enki

Did well in bumpers including at Cheltenham last time out.

1.00     Flintrock

Capable of winning this and looks a tempting price.

1.30     Manintheshadows

Showed some promise last time and has more to come.

2.05     Anywayyoulookatit

Form has really improved and went close again last time.

2.40     Kilconny Bridge (treble)

Improved with every start last season and more to offer.

3.10     Vado Forte

Consistently in the places and this looks a good winning chance.

3.45     Brewers Project

Dodgy jump was costly last time but has loads of potential.

4.15     Chavez

Well bred and yard will have him ready for this debut.

KEMPTON

12.40   Grey Spirit

Good on Flat for Sir Mark Prescott and improving as a hurdler.

1.10     Champagne Noir

Up a fair 7lb for easy comeback win last time out.

1.40     Vegas Blue

Looked classy when winning at Huntingdon latest.

2.15     Havana Hermano

Much improved effort at Wetherby last time out.

2.48     Flashing Glance

Up 4lb for last win and big chance of a hat-trick.

3.20     DAME DU SOIR (NAP)

Can make up for clumsy fall when in control latest.

3.53     Phoenix Dawn

Improved effort on first run for this yard last time.

CARLISLE

12.50   Bass Rock

Good effort when second over course and distance last time.

1.20     Elf De Re

Grade 2 second over hurdles and should make a nice chaser.

1.50     Methodtothemadness

Has shown best form over this course and distance.

2.25     Esprit Du Large

Going well when falling late in Haldon Gold Cup six days ago.

2.56     O’Hanrahan Bridge (nb)

Has been going close and will like this longer distance.

3.30     Mymilan

Needed comeback last time and yard looks on fair weight.

4.00     Grumpy McGrumpface

Showed promise last season and can make a winning return.

SOUTHWELL

4.35     Grand Pianola

Went close over course and distance last time out.

5.05     Charlie Fellowes

Consistent and hard to beat if handling this surface.

5.35     Crosse Fire

Looking for his fifth win over course and distance.

6.05     Queen Of Kalahari

Has landed five wins here and good effort last time out.

6.35     Annie De Vega

Had no luck in running on handicap debut last time.

7.05     Beat The Heat

Keeps winning and can strike again under a penalty.

7.35     Cape Greco

Likes it here and new headgear can help him to score.

8.05     Kupa River

This looks his easiest chance of a win for a long while.
