ONE-TIME Derby hope Dubai Warrior makes his second start of the season under Frankie Dettori at Chelmsford.

The three-year-old was fancied for the Epsom Classic over the winter after making an impressive debut at Chelmsford in November.

However he suffered a setback and did not return until last month, when an easy winner at Kempton for John Gosden.

Frankie Dettori takes over from Rab Havlin in the saddle for the mile-and-a-quarter handicap (7.15).

Meanwhile this Saturday Charlie Hills's Khaadem takes a big step up from handicap company in the Group 1 Haydock Sprint Cup on Saturday.

The colt was last seen landing a gamble in the Stewards' Cup at Goodwood.

Hills said: "They had a bit of rain there last week, but it shouldn't be a problem. The ground might be on the slow side but he should handle that.

"In the Stewards' Cup he showed a good turn of foot and made up a lot of ground.

"We've been pleased with him since. It's a big step up to a Group 1 but I think it's the only way we can go."
