Ex-Manchester United player David Beckham will reportedly earn £40million from appearing in FIFA 21.
Beckham will pocket £40m from his three-year deal with EA Sports, which works out at £256,410-per-week, according to The Mirror.
A source said: “FIFA makers EA Sports offered him £30million over three years but he managed to get a better deal.
“It is a big addition to the Beckham brand and the easiest money he’s ever made.”

HENDERSON LOAN
Dean Henderson reportedly wants to seal a January exit from Manchester United with three clubs interested in a loan transfer.
The Sun has revealed that Championship side Bournemouth are exploring the possibility of a temporary transfer, while Premier League sides Leeds United and Brighton are also interested parties.
Henderson is aiming to keep his place in Gareth Southgate’s England squad at next summer’s delayed European Championships and a lack of regular football at club level will surely be hindering his chances of selection.

FERNANDES REVELATION
Nemanja Matic has revealed Bruno Fernandes told Manchester United teammates he made contact with the ball after conceding a penalty against West Brom at Old Trafford.
Matic, who played in a double midfield pivot alongside Fred against the Baggies, believes the correct decision was ultimately made by the officials.
He said: “Bruno said straight away that he had the ball at first.
“The referee gave the penalty but VAR is there to see and to make correct decisions. That’s why people made VAR, to reduce the mistakes and to give correct decisions.
“I think it was not a penalty and I’m happy that he overturned.”

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has admitted that he's unclear on what the current rules are on penalties.
Solskjaer was speaking after his side narrowly beat West Brom 1-0 yesterday due to Bruno Fernandes's penalty strike.
WBA on the other hand were awarded a penalty which was overturned by VAR.
Speaking on the penalty controversy Solskjaer said: “I looked at a penalty this afternoon, [Aston] Villa against Brighton and there's contact on the ball and then the man.
“In my head it might be a penalty. Maybe here we're a tad lucky but none of them are given. Maybe the rules are different to how I interpret them.”

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has expressed his disappointment in Manchester United's performance against West brom despite their win.
The Norwegian boss was ‘delighted’ with the victory but admitted the performance levels were ‘way below par’.

Rio Ferdinand has urged Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to ditch one of his holding midfielders.
Ferdinand feels the team’s creativity is being hindered by their overly cautious line-ups.
He said: “That’s the problem when you play the two sitters there, if one or two of them can’t pass then it makes it a bigger problem.

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been told how to solve problems at home by his former team-mate Paul Scholes.
Scholes has identified what he thinks is the main problem for his former side's lack of creativity in home matches this season.
Speaking to BT Sport he said: “The midfield they play is okay when you’re playing away from home when you have to get to the ball, you have to take the ball off people and can play on the counter-attack at times.
“I think at home, where you can have a lot of the ball, I don’t think the quality is quite there for the both of them.
“Whether it’s Fred and Matic or Fred and [Scott] McTominay, they’re both good at sitting and controlling games of football, protecting the two centre-halves, which is really why they’re playing.”

Ian Wright has called for a change in the laws of football to stop penalty takers jumping in their run-up like Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes.
Fernandes scored the game’s only goal as United beat West Bromwich Albion 1-0 at Old Trafford on Saturday night, but his goal was surrounded by controversy.
His stuttering run-up and jump before striking the ball makes it harder for the goalkeeper to time their dive and Match of the Day pundit Wright believes a law change is needed to level the playing field.

“And then you've got forwards jumping up, doing this, doing that sort of stuff and the goalie can't move his foot off.
“They should stop people jumping and that, they should have to make a full… just run at the ball and hit it. If they can move and the goalies can't, that's not fair.”
