Woman complained about her shoes hurting ‘all night’ only to discover she’d worn her heels on the wrong FEET

A woman spent a night out complaining about her sore feet – only to discover the following day that she’d been wearing her heels on the wrong feet the whole time.

Ayleigh McGhee, from Glasgow, ‘moaned’ the entire night about how she couldn’t walk in her shoes, not realising that she’d mixed up the right and left.  

Friend Georgia Henry shared the wardrobe mishap online in a tweet that has since gone viral – alongside a snap showing glamorous Ayleigh posing in the ill-fitting heels with her toes sticking out. 

Twitter users commented to say they were ‘crying with laughter’ over the mistake. One commented simply: ‘Funniest thing.’

Georgia Henry revealed her friends hilarious mishap in a post which quickly went viral, amassing 32,000 likes on Twitter. Fellow users commented in their dozens

Another commented: ‘Ayleigh omg you never fail’, while another wrote: ‘Hahahahaha aw man.’ One added: ‘How would you not know ffs.’

Others appeared sympathetic to Ayleigh, with one writing: ‘Defo can see me doing this.’ 

Another commented: ‘Ahh the thing is that literally is something I’d do ahahahaha.’

One added: ‘Could have been me on that night tbh, considering they wouldn’t even stay on.’ 

Social media users were left in hysterics over the story, with many admitting they could easily make the same mistake. However others were baffled as to how she didn’t realise

The photo shows Ayleigh posing in the kitchen ahead of the night out. 

Her hair has been carefully styled and her black dress carefully matched to her animal print and shoes. 

However a closer look reveals the shoes are on the wrong feet.

One Twitter user joked ‘don’t drink kids’ while others tagged their friends to share the story 

Posting the photo, Georgia wrote: ‘Ayleigh was actual moaning the full night saying she couldn’t walk in her shoes and only just realised this morning she was wearing them on the wrong feet.’

Posting the crying emoji, she went on: ‘This lassie man.’  

Social media users were left in hysterics over the tweet, which quickly accumulated 32,000 likes.
