A lot of people look a bit different when they're rocking makeup compared to au naturel.
However, one influencer has shocked people for just how different she looks when the makeup is off.
Australian social media star Mikaela Testa has sparked intense debate among her fans and followers with the photo.

The picture of the 22-year-old OnlyFans star was posted to the Contour Clinics Instagram account showing her having a “rejuvenation” and “anti-wrinkle” treatment.
Many were surprised by the contrast between her makeup-free face and the images she posted on social media.
"That’s not Mikaela Testa,” exclaimed one fan.
As another added: “Wow, if that really is her, that is all the proof you need that everything on social media is fake."
As more people debated whether it was really her, Mikaela eventually commented to confirm it was her.
“I just look different because I got my entire face filled with filler and very swollen and bruised and Botox and I think there’s a filter on it,” she wrote.
The influencer's social media photographs often appear to have filters on them and she is usually rocking heavy makeup in them.
Mikaela, who has more than two million followers on TikTok and 590,000 on Instagram, has denied Photoshopping her body in her social media pictures.
Responding to a fan who asked if she edited her images, she said she didn’t.
However, she has admitted to cosmetic work she has had done, including a butt lift and liposuction.
Mikaela reportedly earns around $162,000 (£135,000) a month by selling nude photographs and videos on OnlyFans.
She previously fire last year for a “tone-deaf” TikTok video in which she drove through a homeless area in LA in an expensive Tesla.
