A plastic surgery fan flaunted her enhanced body in a new post on Instagram earlier this weekend.

Bombshell Tara Jayne McConachy, who boasts 210,000 followers, calls herself "Australia's limited edition Barbie Doll".

The nurse spent over £110,000 on operations as she often flaunts her extreme look in public.

She shot to fame after appearing on Botched, a show about plastic surgery which airs on channel E!.

The influencer forked out for five boob jobs – and her most recent implant size is a whopping 1050cc.

Tara also had a tip rhinoplasty, buttocks implants, veneers, Botox and fillers.

Now in a recent post on Saturday, the plastic surgery queen showcased her extreme pout and enhanced sideboob.

She wore a festive red frock while posing for the selfie-style video on Instagram.

The beauty wore dramatic make-up with a remix of Aqua's Barbie Girl playing in the background.

Since it was shared, it racked up over 1,800 likes as one wrote: "That is so beautiful on you."

Another added: "The champ," while a third chimed in: "Ahh Tara you are such a stunner."

And a fourth social media admirer commented: "You are just perfect."

Tara has become one of Australia's biggest social media stars due to her extreme look and hard-hitting TV interviews.

Earlier this year, she confirmed she'll be heading to Istanbul for another round of cosmetic procedures.

She revealed plans to have a face lift and breast augmentation surgery to further enhance her 37-inch bust.

The influencer also wants to undergo a conversional new surgical procedure which permanently changes eye colour.

While some say her look is extreme, Tara absolutely loves it.

She admitted: "With me, it's not a case of less is more. It's the more, the better."
