It’s been nearly six months since Betty White passed away, but one of her former homes just went on the market. However, the selling price is no laughing matter.

The current asking price on the Brentwood, California home is currently $10.57 million. The listing explains the home comes with over 3,000 square feet of living space, including 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It sits on nearly an acre of land.

“Located in prestigious Brentwood Park, this property with huge parklike grounds, views of the Getty Museum and mountains has been lovingly cared for,” the description says, adding “the setting is peaceful with flower filled gardens and old growth trees.”

This is the first time the estate has gone up for sale in 50 years. Betty originally moved into the mansion in 1968.

According to TMZ, this is the first time the property is on the market in over 50 years. Betty originally purchased the property in 1968 with her husband Allen Ludden, who passed away in 1981. The publication notes she chose the home because of its proximity to nearby studios.

Betty lived in the home until her death – literally. She passed away inside the mansion on New Year’s Eve of last year.

Interestingly, the listing doesn’t provide any photos of the home’s interior. Only the exterior – which includes a yellow door and matching shutters – is shown.

“There will be no interior access of the home. All showings are of the exterior only. Shown by appointment only to financially qualified Buyers,” it explains, adding “the property is being sold for land value.”

The description hints that the home may need updating, as it suggests interested buyers may want to tear down the existing structure to put up something new.

“This is a unique opportunity to build your dream home on a flat lot in a serene country setting,” it reads.

This wasn’t Betty’s only property to recently go on the market. Earlier this month, it was reported that the Golden Girls alum’s Carmel Beach house was sold toa buyer for $8 million. The 3,621 square foot house features 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and stunning views of the beach.

Like the Brentwood estate, Betty purchased it during her marriage to Allen. The couple bought the plot of land in 1978 for $170,000, though construction wasn’t completed on the home until after Allen’s death.

As per TMZ, Betty chose to spend the majority of her final days at the Brentwood estate because it was more accessible for at-home care.
