PRINCES William and Harry are BOTH waiting for apologies from each other, a pal has claimed.

The Sussexes reportedly want the Duke of Cambridge to admit he failed to support Harry during a "number of painful moments".

A friend told Meghan Markle's close pal Omid Scobie Wills has so far been "unprepared to unpack" those moments.

But they insisted he is also "still waiting" for an apology from Harry.

Speaking to Royal Editor Scobie for his Yahoo column, the pal said: “People are desperate for steps to be made but behind the scenes there hasn’t been movement.

“What [Harry] is waiting for is accountability… Many lines were crossed by William.

Harry & Meg refused to reach out to Kate & Wills on UK visit, pal claims

"He was at the centre of a number of painful moments, be it the actions of his own staff or turning his back when support was needed."

The pal went on to add that William is "still waiting" for his apology.

Harry and Wills are staying just half a mile apart during the Sussex's whistle-stop European tour – but are said to have no plans to get together.

Reports previously suggested senior royals were nervous about their arrival amid tension surrounding Harry's upcoming bombshell memoir.

But today Omid Scobie said the lack of plans was solely the Sussexes' decision and nothing to do with them being "shunned".

He also revealed Harry and Meghan refused to contact William and Kate about meeting up during their UK visit.

On Monday, the Duke and Duchess attended the One Young World summit in Manchester, where Meghan delivered her first UK speech since Megxit.

The US-based pair then travelled to Germany for the Invictus Games Dusseldorf 2023 One Year To Go event.
