A BRIDE banned her new mum mate from breastfeeding at her wedding because it makes her ‘feel nauseous.’

The pregnant pal shared the dilemma to Facebook and was met with a divided reaction, with many questioning why she would even want to attend an event just days after giving birth.

Taking to a wedding shaming group, the anonymous mum-to-be explained the situation she found herself in.

She shared that her and her husband had been invited to a wedding a week after her due date.

So she checked in with the bride "to see if they are allowing children because if the bean is due by then, I'll be breastfeeding and can't leave bean at home 2 1/2 hours away."

The bride responded saying she was happy to "make an exception for a new born baby."

But then requested that she "please not breast feed in public because it makes her feel nauseous."

The clearly shocked expectant mother took to Facebook to ask whether this was acceptable and was met with different opinions.

Many deemed the bride's request to be outrageous, with one writing that if:

"You don't want to see someone breastfeed, then don't look at all.

"It's not like they are going to take their whole top off, lay across the altar during the wedding and feed in front of God and everybody."

Another disparagingly joked: "You can bring the baby but it's not allowed to eat because gross a fed baby who wants that?"

Although one agreed with the bride that "I wouldn't be thrilled for someone whipping their boobs out personally."

But many questioned why she would even want to go "to a wedding wearing a post baby diaper."

Another stated: "You'd have to pay me a substantial amount of money to go to an event days after having a baby."

And another was inclined to agree that " No way in hell would I want to drag my postpartum ass to a wedding with my brand new baby. I'll stay at home thanks!"
