Una Healy looked incredible as she showed off her rock hard abs in a gym mirror selfie posted to Instagram.

The 40 year old Irish singer, who was formerly one fifth of girlband The Saturdays, pouted in the mirror as she sported stylish black workout gear from popular trainer Courtney Black’s brand, Sofina Active.

Una showed off her makeshift home gym, complete with a gym mat, weights, a deadlift bar and a rowing machine.

The mother of two has clearly been putting in the hours as she showed off her defined muscles.

Her followers were quick to comment on her physique, with one person writing: “You could literally grate cheese on your abs INSANE”.

Another wrote: Wow I need your Will power xxx you look great x

Someone else asked to know her exercise secrets, writing: “You look great do share your fitness routine x”

Courtney Black, who has amassed a huge following for her killer workouts on her Courtney Black Fitness App, wrote: “You look INCREDIBLE”.

The singer showed off her gym-honed figure on a recent luxurious holiday to Mexico when she donned a bright purple bikini and posed in an idyllic setting with a pool and sea behind her.

Una is mother to daughter Aoife, ten, and son, Tadhg, six, who she shares with ex-husband Ben Foden, who is also dad to one-year-old daughter Farrah with wife Jackie Belanoff Smith.

Una is reportedly single again after splitting from her Irish policeman boyfriend in March after a six-month romance.

Sundayworld.comconfirmed that Una's spokesperson told them: "Una is now single and no longer dating a member of the Garda.”

Meanwhile, a source toldThe Sunthat Una is moving on quickly as they shared: "She isn’t dwelling on it. She’s feeling great and embracing the single life."

Una married rugby player Ben in 2012, but the pair eventually called it quits in 2018, when they divorced after he reportedly cheated on her.

He all but confirmed being unfaithful to the star when he toldDaily Mail's Weekend magazine he "made a mistake, one I'm not proud of.”

Ben married his second wife Jackie Belanoff Smith after two weeks of dating in August 2019, and it seems that he and Una are working on a good co-parenting relationship along with Jackie.

He said: "Jackie and Una are getting on, so it’s worked out. Like any relationship it takes time, but they chat online.

"Una’s letting the kids stay with us for a month in New York. I’m very proud of where Una and I have come to and I only want the best for her. She’s a great mother.”
