Serena Williams shared a portion of her ‘serious’ tennis training with fans, after she was told she didn’t ‘share enough’ of her rigorous preparation strategy. Check out the clip featuring her amazing dance moves!

Serena Williams takes her job as a world-class athlete seriously. But even the 23-time Grand Slam champion, 39, likes to cut loose every once in a while — even during practice! On December 30, Serena took to Instagram to share a portion of her rigorous training. But after hitting a speedy forehand, Serena totally broke it down with her fierce dance moves.

With Megan Thee Stallion‘s “Body” playing in the background, Serena started doing the choreography from the song’s music video with the same expert precision she uses to play the sport she loves! “I was told I don’t share enough of my training,” she captioned the clip with her wry wit. “I hope this helps y’all know I’m serious.” Fans and friends alike were all about the dance moves, with Serena’s famous pal Ciara commenting “get it Rena!”

Other fans dubbed Serena a total “queen” for her skills, while one longtime admirer affirmed what so many love about the decorated tennis player. “And this is why your [SIC] my favorite athlete!!!!” Oddly enough, this isn’t even the first time that Serena has busted out some of her fabulous dance moves during practice.

Serena’s coach, Patrick Mouratoglou, took to Instagram on December 19 to share a throwback clip from their preparations for the 2020 Australian Open. In the clip, Serena’s team was hard at work practicing their strokes while Serena was dancing! “I’m the one playing for once, and she still manages to steal the show,” Patrick captioned the video, which featured Serena dancing to “Levitating” by Dua Lipa featuring DaBaby

Fans absolutely love to see Serena having a blast on the court. The tennis great is currently prepping for the first Grand Slam of 2021, the Australian Open, which will take place from February 8-21. Coincidentally, the Australian Open is the last Grand Slam title Serena won before giving birth to her precious three-year-old daughter, Olympia, whom she shares with husband Alexis Ohanian! We cannot wait to see Serena take the court, and show off more dance moves, in less than two months at Melbourne Park and go for that elusive 24th Grand Slam title!
