Kourtney Kardashian seem to finally be back on track with her health after struggling with exhaustion after several IVF treatments with husband Travis Barker.

Fans of the reality show The Kardashians might remember Kourtney and Travis documenting their IVF journey on the show, including going for doctor's appointments and egg retrievals as a way to increase their chances of getting pregnant.

Unfortunately, the couple decided to stop their IVF journey after Kourtney struggled with the effects the treatments were having on her body, including having her medication getting her into menopause

The mum of three shared a black and white snap on her Instagram where she is seen working out on a treadmill.

"Finally started getting my energy back 10 months after stopping IVF, for anyone else going through it, it gets better!" she captioned the snap.

"It hasn’t been the most amazing experience," Kourtney says on the show during an emotional conversation with her mum Kris Jenner.

"The medication that they’ve been giving me, they put me into menopause. Literally into menopause."

Kourtney also spoke about the process on the podcast Not Skinny But Not Fat, where she revealed she had a brain scan done to see how the IVF process really effected her body.

"When I went to get the results, the doctor thought it was mostly from IVF because it affects your adrenals, thyroids and hormones," she said.

"My energy levels since starting that have been really down and I haven't done it since January or February and still my energy levels are still really down."

Despite her negative experience with IVF, she continued to express positive thoughts about the treatment overall and what it does, even if it didn't work for her.

"I got to a place where I just felt exactly like how timing is everything with me and Travis. So, I feel like if it's truly meant to be, it will happen," she said.

Kourtney already has three children with ex-husband Scott Disick, Mason, 12, Penelope, 10, and 7 year old Reign.

Travis also has two children with ex-partner Shanna Moakler, son Landon, 19 and daughter Alabama, 15. Travis and Kourtney both co-parent each other's children as they moved in together in 2021.

The pair married in May this year in an intimate ceremony in Santa Barbara. They later had a second ceremony in Portofino later the same month.
