The Only Way Is Essex star Gemma Collins has said she thinks she “could’ve won” the last series of Dancing on Ice if she had the confidence she does now.
The 38 year old TV personality shared a video of herself on Instagram gracefully gliding across the ice while wearing a bright pink glittery frilled dress with a large silver sparkly crown and spoke about her new found confidence.
The clip shows Gemma, who's boyfriend James was reportedly rushed to hospital over overdose fears last week, skating around the ice as she heads towards the camera with her arms up while holding a wand and saying: “Merry Christmas,” before the person filming in the background adds: “Babes”.
As the video clip continues to roll, Gemma then tells the person filming: “Then you press stop”.
Writing in the caption of the upload, The GC then opened up about her new found confidence on the ice to her 1.5million followers.

She wrote: “If only I had the confidence last year that i have this year I reckon I could have won
“it’s so nice to be back on the ice and not fearing it !!! @dancingonice,” followed by a ice skate, christmas tree and heart emoji. [sic]
She later shared a selfie of her in the festive pink dress with Dancing On Ice professional skater Alex Murphy. Gushing about her return to the show, she said: “Had so much FUN being back @dancingonice @almurph18 it’s going to be an AMAZING Christmas show”. [sic]

During the fun day of filming for the Christmas special of the skating show, Gemma also shared a hilarious video of her sprawled along a small sofa in her huge dress and complaining about the rain causing her to suffer from SAD – known as seasonal affective disorder.
As the Diva Forever star lays in the sofa in the clip, she puts her hand on her head as people giggle in the background and says: “SAD on full alert, it’s raining, it’s cold. People don’t understand, it’s an illness, it gets me down,” before cracking a smile and laughing.

Confessing that she “had a moment” in the caption, Gemma wrote: “Did anyone else feel like this when it Rained NON STOP yesterday for hours and hours !!! I had a moment !!!! Let’s just say good job the gc team are used to me ways ! X” [sic]
The GC is filming for the Christmas special of Dancing On Ice alongside new and old celebrity competitors on the show, including John Barrowman and Joe Swash, who’s girlfriend Stacey Solomon came to support him on Tuesday 10 December.
