Lawyers for the former A$AP Mob member claim their client has been receiving death threats and labeled ‘a snitch’ after Rocky was arrested in April for allegedly shooting the fashion designer.

AceShowbiz -The repercussion of A$AP Rocky‘s legal issue has apparently taken its toll on A$AP Relli‘s mental health. The former A$AP Mob member, who has come forward as the alleged shooting victim of the 33-year-old emcee, claims he has been the subject of constant harassment online following Rocky’s arrest.

Before announcing his plans to sue Rocky, Relli was labeled “a rat” by another A$AP Mob member, A$AP Bari. The co-founder of the New York hip-hop collective took to his Instagram Story to share a photo of Relli and wrote over it, “This rat a** n***a told on Rocky f**king rat. @relli_boss why you went to the police.”

Since then, Relli reportedly has received death threats and been called “a snitch.” According to his lawyers Jamal Tooson and Brian Hurwitz, it got so bad that their client needs intense therapy to cope with the situation. The attorneys tell TMZ the ordeal has disrupted his sleep and impaired his mental state.

The attorneys also rejected the notion that Relli is a “snitch,” arguing that the term is for someone who initially agrees to do illegal activity with another individual, but then betrays that person and rats out that person to law enforcement when things go south. The lawyers say it’s not what happened with Relli.

Relli a.k.a. Terell Ephron is now suing Rocky for assault and battery for a 2021 incident that led to the shooting. In the lawsuit, he claims that the “L$D” spitter set up a meeting in an obscure location in central Hollywood “to discuss a disagreement between the two of them.”

“Unbeknownst to Mr. Ephron, A$AP Rocky was not just planning for a conversation and came armed with a semi-automatic handgun,” read a statement provided to Rolling Stone by Relli’s attorneys. “After arriving at the location, a conversation ensued whereby without provocation, warning, or any justification, A$AP Rocky produced the handgun and intentionally fired multiple shots at Mr. Ephron.”

Relli, who now works as a talent manager and producer alongside fashion and jewelry ventures, claims he suffered injuries to his hand that required medical attention. According to the statement, the entire incident was captured by nearly surveillance cameras.

Rocky was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department at Los Angeles International Airport back in April upon his return from Barbados with his then-pregnant girlfriend Rihanna. The arrest stemmed from a November 6, 2021 incident, during which he reportedly shot at an alleged victim three to four times near Vista Del Mar and Selma Avenue around 10:20 P.M. following an argument. Rocky was released several hours later after posting a $550k bail.
