Heather Graham is lounging the summer away on a pink flamingo float in Greece, looking super toned in a black bikini. The 51-year-old actress has been enjoying island life for the last few days, moving from the beach to the infinity pool and back, showing off her toned abs while taking in the sun.

She captioned the photo with the Greek “ευχαριστώ,” which according to Google Translate, means “thanks.” It’s a mysterious caption for sure—is she expressing gratitude to the universe, thanking the country of Greece for an amazing vacation, or simply saying she knows she looks hot, thanks in advance for compliments?

When it comes to working out, Heather is a huge fan of yoga.

In 2013, she told Women’s Health UK that she does yoga three times a week, and spends 20 minutes every day doing transcendental meditation (she picked it up from director and transcendental meditation guru David Lynch in the early ’90s while filming Twin Peaks). “For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day,” she told Refinery29.

She also sleeps a lot. In 2016, she told the Guardian that sleep is her guiltiest pleasure. “I love sleeping,” she said. “When I tell people how much I sleep sometimes, they are horrified. I basically sleep between nine and 12 hours a night.”

Heather told Refinery29 that she tries her hardest to avoid bread and sugar. “I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better,” she said. “And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour.”
