DANNIELLA Westbrook posed for a sexy selfie from bed after transforming her face with fillers.

The 48-year-old has spent the last few weeks reflecting on her life after the BBC replaced her Albert Square character with a different actress.

Danniella looked glam as she pouted for a picture on Instagram.

She showed off her fresh-faced look wearing highlighter to accentuate her high-cheekbones.

Relaxing in a white robe, the telly legend beamed as she told fans she was enjoying Netflix in bed.

Just weeks ago, Danniella was left reeling after learning she would not be playing her iconic character Sam in EastEnders  anymore.

She hit out at EastEnders after The Sun on Sunday revealed that Kim Medcalf, 48, will play Sam Mitchell.

Danniella played the fiery daughter of Queen Vic legend Peggy Mitchell in 1990 and last appeared in the role in 2016 – although Kim played the character between 2002 and 2005.

Meanwhile Danniella has revealed that doctors are planning to remove part of her rib next week as she prepares to go under the knife again.

The former EastEnders star previously underwent a similar procedure in 2018 where surgeons removed part of her rib to fix her cheekbone.

At the time, the TV star revealed that she had no bone left in one of her cheeks due to osteoporosis that was caused by bad dental work.

Now four years on, the 49-year-old has explained that she's set to go under the same operation again and admitted it will "take a toll" on her.

Speaking to OK! Magazine, she said: "I'm going through a lot operations at the moment. They're good but they're very hard.

"The first two of my operations haven't taken a toll on me but the next lot will do.

"I'm seeing a bone surgeon next who is going to be removing a rib."
