EMILY MacDonagh surprised her followers as she shared a rare picture with her brother Tom.
The 32-year-old proudly paid her younger sibling, who is a doctor like her, a visit at his cosmetic clinic – and fans couldn’t get over how similar they looked.
She captioned the picture: “So lovely to pop in and see my bro @drtmacdonagh and @dr.mahmoud.aziz who are working their socks off as usual at their clinic. Very proud! @azthetics.uk.”
One fans commented: “Wow you look so alike.”
Another added: “Beautiful photo 😘both so alike xx.”
While someone else remarked: “Your brother has got your smile Dr Emily.”

Emily’s brother’s clinic offers a wide range of Injectable treatments including Dermal Fillers (lip fillers and facial fillers), Botox and Fat Dissolving Injections.
In the past Emily’s husband – Peter Andre – has tried to set Tom up with someone on social media.
While they were on holiday a few years ago, Peter posted a series of pictures of him and wrote: "Ladies and gents this is Tom MacDonagh aka captain America. He's 28, he's a doctor, and he's SINGLE. Oh, and he's my bro in law. Him and Emily are gonna kill me for this. Hit him up now @t.macdonagh SWIPE ACROSS."
Emily’s mum Rebecca is a paediatrician and her dad Dr Ruaraidh MacDonagh – known as Dr Ru – is a consultant surgeon.
She met Peter after her dad operated on Pete in 2010 and they later became romantic.
The couple have two children, daughter Amelia, seven, and son Theo, four.
Emily is also stepmum to Pete’s children with ex Katie Price – Princess, 14, and Junior, 16.
